Blanking, forming, joining, finishing and packing happen in the same building — so drawing changes stay cheap and lead times stay short.

Laser-cut stainless blanks with U-shaped cut-outs 01

Laser cutting & blanking

One shop for the whole thickness range: foil-thin shims and filters up to heavy plate — no second supplier for the odd ball part.

  • Standard sheet 0.5–10 mm
  • Heavy plate 10–65 mm
  • Tube cutting up to Ø160 mm
Welded stainless screen frame 02

Bending, welding & assembly

CNC press brake work, TIG and laser welding, then jig-built sub-assemblies — square frames, flat rims and leak-tight seams.

Stainless drain cover plate with slotted channel and lifting inspection ports Municipal drainage

Drain cover plates for a drainage upgrade

One pressed unit carrying a slotted water channel, two lifting inspection ports and a stone-weight box. The slots are laser-cut at a fixed pitch, so grit drops into the box and the plate still lifts out with a hook.

  • Material304, 2 mm
  • Quantity320 sets
  • Lead time21 days
Self-locking discharge box with square-tube frame and bottom door Rail logistics

Self-locking discharge boxes for rail freight

The box must stay shut while a forklift lifts it by the top pockets, then open on a single linkage once it is over the hopper. We built one prototype to prove the lock geometry, then ran the batch.

  • Material304, 3 mm
  • Quantity24 units
  • Lead time30 days
310S work frame for electroplating and pickling Plating & pickling

Pickling frames that survive the bath

A plater’s frames sagged after two seasons in hot acid. Rebuilt in 310S with heavier wire, full-penetration welds and a passivation pass, so the frame keeps its shape instead of being replaced every year.

  • Material310S (2520)
  • Quantity60 frames
  • Lead time24 days
Welded liquid distribution manifold with branch tubes Fountain engineering

Distribution manifold for a fountain display

Forty branch tubes welded to one main, every jet aimed at the same centre point. The assembly was jig-welded and checked on a water bench, so the spray pattern lines up on site without shimming.

  • Material316L tube
  • Quantity6 sets
  • Lead time14 days

Testimonials

What buyers say after the first order

“We sent a STEP file on a Monday and had a marked-up DFM drawing plus a quote by Tuesday. That never happens with our old supplier. The first batch arrived with zero rework.”

M. KellerProcurement lead, municipal drainage contractor · Germany

“What sold us was the material range. One shop cutting 0.3 mm shim stock and 40 mm flanges — and still able to get 310S plate when our local supplier could not.”

R. LombardiMaintenance engineer, plating line · Italy

“The manifolds arrived crated per set with every branch tube protected. Labelling matched the packing list exactly, so we could hand the crates straight to the site crew.”

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before the first PO

Still unsure about something? Ask directly — a real person answers, usually the same day.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Prototypes and one-offs start at 1 piece — we would rather prove the drawing than turn away a trial order. Serial parts usually become efficient from 50–100 pieces, depending on material, thickness and how much welding is involved.

Which drawing formats can you work from?

3D: STEP, IGES, X_T, SLDPRT. 2D: DXF, DWG, PDF with dimensions. If you only have a physical sample, send photos with a few key dimensions and we will quote from that first, then confirm with a drawing before cutting.

What tolerances can you hold?

Typically ±0.1 mm on laser-cut features in sheet up to 3 mm, ±0.2 mm on formed parts and ±0.5 mm on welded assemblies. Tighter callouts are possible on request — tell us which dimensions are critical and they go on the inspection sheet.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes — send yours, or use ours. Drawings are stored on our server, not shared with third parties, and tooling or fixtures made for you are not reused for anyone else. Files can be deleted on request after the project closes.

Do you make samples before a production run?

Yes. A single sample or a small pilot batch is normal for us: 5–7 days for cut and formed parts, about ten days when welding and testing are included. Sample cost is charged at one-off pricing and is not usually credited against the bulk order — we keep it simple and transparent instead.

What lead time should we plan for?

7–10 days for laser-cut and bent parts after drawing approval, 15–25 days for welded vessels and assemblies, depending on material availability. Every quote states a date; if we miss it we tell you before you have to ask.

Which surface finishes are available?

2B mill finish, brushed (No.4), BA, mirror 8K, pickling and passivation, electropolishing on request, sandblasting, and powder coating in RAL colours. Food-contact and wash-down parts are finished with crevice-free welds.

How do payment and shipping work?

Bank transfer (T/T) for production orders, PayPal for small or sample orders, Alipay for domestic settlement. Standard terms are 30% deposit with the PO and 70% before shipment, FOB Shanghai or Ningbo. Air express for samples, sea LCL or FCL for production.

How are parts packed for export?

Plywood cases with VCI film, foam or cardboard interlayers between finished surfaces, and per-part or per-skid labels. Fragile screens travel in separate frames. Packing list, material certificates and inspection report go in the case and by email.

Can you supply the assembly, not just the parts?

Yes. Welded sub-assemblies, bolted assemblies with purchased components, pressure and flow testing, and kitting to your BOM are all standard. Many customers order the complete module and mount it directly on their line.

About us

A stainless steel workshop in Dainan, Jiangsu

Xinghua Xiangwei Metal Products Co., Ltd. trades as RyGood. We are a sheet metal and precision fabrication workshop in Dainan Town, Xinghua — a town that has been rolling, welding and machining stainless steel for decades. Our neighbours are our material suppliers, which is how we can quote 316L and 2205 without a three-week wait for plate.

We work for equipment OEMs rather than for consumers. That shapes everything: drawings are reviewed before cutting, critical dimensions are recorded on an inspection sheet, welds are cleaned for the environment they will live in, and parts are packed to survive a sea container. Most of our customers send us one drawing first, then move their whole fabrication BOM across over the following year.

Our 2600 m² workshop in Tangdaihe Road covers laser cutting, press braking, TIG and laser welding, polishing and assembly. 0.01 mm shims and 65 mm plate flanges leave through the same door.
